According to the research of Csiro scientists, people are not consuming enough vegetables on a regular basis which is causing nutritional deficiencies. Presence of high protein, vitamin A, C and K and fibers in broccoli makes it a healthy supplement to stay immune from heart disease and weight loss while catalyzing the process of weight loss. Presence of essential nutrients and fibers gives a sense of fullness resulting in less eating. Also, micronutrients help in the breakdown of fat for faster weight loss.

How is it made?
