February-march are the most crucial months for students preparing for board exams. For geniuses, these exams are like another challenge of life but for others it is no less than a nightmare.

In the absence of right strategy, most of the students tread the conventional path of ‘no play, just books’. Which is also the root cause of all exam related stress.

Instead of trying to cram up the entire syllabus, try these tricks to beat the exam stress.

Study Smart

It is that time of the year when you need to focus more on your strengths and forget the weaknesses. There is no time in learning a topic which you would eventually forget in exams. Focus on your strengths and when you feel confident enough about your favourite topics, then only shift your focus to other topics.

And if you have procrastinated all your life then it is impossible to get full marks. Study like a realist. In the anxiety of exams student often don’t sleep and even quit meals. But it is essential to relax and sleep. Late night studying chocks the brain and decreases the mugging power.

A good night’s sleep enables the brain to replenish its power to understand and memorise things.

While you need to dedicate more time to studies but once in a while; watching movie, playing games and listening to music won’t harm. It will actually help you relax and soothe your mind.
