In a bid to make launching things into space a much cheaper affair, Elon Musk owned SpaceX has for long been researching and building a rocket that could come back to the Earth. Recently it has got the success by relaunching and re-landing a used Falcon 9 rocket booster for the first time. It has launched a satellite of telecommunication company.

The SES-10 mission marks a “historic milestone on the road to full and rapid reusability as the world’s first re-flight of an orbital class rocket.”

To put the things in perspective, presently launching a Falcon 9 costs around $62 million but with the help of reusable rockets, the company can save up to $18 million per launch.

Looks like, there is nothing Elon Musk can’t do.

Watch the launch in this video.
