Despite No Parking signs, people park their vehicle anywhere. The major reason behind this callous practice is dearth of proper parking space at public places. Many people are forced to park in No Parking spots due to the lack of designated parking space.
And if the traffic police tows down your vehicle, you end up paying fine to recover your vehicle. But a man in Kanpur was in serious disagreement with the authorities. The man refused to get off the bike even when the towing vehicle started moving. He was sitting on his bike by holding its handle firmly.
